A few new studies I made lately.. Finally, I had the chance to get away from my computer. We've finished working on Winx Club (me and some friends painted the backgrounds for the animated series), and I really look forward to paint some of my own stuff in the summer

I didn't have time to post anything new during the last months, but at last, but not least, here are two digital paintings made for a game called 'Annie's Millions'. The cityscape is the map screen, and the other one is a garden supply store.

I made a couple of new plein air watercolors during the week.

Plein air paintings are done outside rather than in a studio. The term comes from the French en plein air, meaning 'in the open air'. The Impressionists were particularly interested in the influence of changing light outdoors on color.

I've been quite busy lately (as usual). Among other things, I'm working on some commercial stuff (painting backgrounds for a feature, and also some backgrounds and textures for some game projects.) Right now, that's all I can tell ;)

Anyway, I have some stuff to share with you: a few more life drawings. I wish I had more time for these studies..
