I made a couple of new plein air watercolors during the week. Plein air paintings are done outside rather than in a studio. The term comes from the French en plein air, meaning 'in the open air'. The Impressionists were particularly interested in the influence of changing light outdoors on color. Among other things, I'm working on some commercial stuff (painting backgrounds for a feature, and also some backgrounds and textures for some game projects.) Right now, that's all I can tell ;)
